Under the supervision of Group Treasury and Procurement Manager based in Hoofddorp, the Treasury & Procurement Assistant will perform the following duties:
**Assist Group Treasurer with**:

- Prepare Bank guarantee (BG) new or renewal requests to various banks.
- Follow up of the bank guarantees: expiration date, sending, reception and signing.
- Liaise with Legal department in obtaining airline contracts
- Coordinate administration and paperwork with banks and Group entities in a timely manner.
- Support HDQ accountant in monitoring the financial costs and products regarding BG.
- Come as a support to MDs and Local countries for any query linked to Treasury
- Support Group Treasurer with projects implementation (Kyriba, etc)
- Prepare/Provide requested data to assist the internal audit.
- Assist with Procurement/contracts, negotiations (ie Housing/Rent/Office Management)
- Come as a support to MDs and Local countries for any query linked to Procurement
- Assist with Processes and Procedures For the Group, the ECS and Global brand and further relevant requests
- Master 2 level in Finance / Business School
- 2-3 years work experience in Finance (apprenticeship not included)
- Very good command Office 365 and Excel
- Accuracy, organization and discretion
- Ability to work in an international global organization with internal and external counterparts.
- Curiosity on financing and investment products, with a good understanding of economics and banking.
- Very good level of professional English (oral and written) is essential.
- Basic command of written French would be a plus.
