Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region.

**Summary**:
We are looking for an HBO (or WO) student in the last year of studies for a six months internship in the IT department at Lotus Cars Europe in Amsterdam.

As IT Intern, you will mainly have contact with internal customers (different departments). You will be working in a very dynamic department, in which flexibility, interpersonal contact, precise working and setting priorities are very important. You will mainly support the IT team in day to day tasks. In one day, you could be in contact with our colleagues in Amsterdam, the UK, Germany, or China.

Are you not afraid to handle a ticket or two, walk to a user to provide them with support, or help someone out by preparing equipment? Are the words engagement and proactive part of your dictionary? Then this could be the internship for you.

**Activities** include**:

- gaining experience and know-how, supporting a fast growing organisation;
- working within a small team of IT experts, performing daily and ad hoc tasks;
- supporting a diverse, international team of colleagues, first or second line;
- handling and escalating support tickets;
- keeping track of IT related assets and inventory.

**We are looking for a person who**:

- Is in the final year of university pursuing a degree course in IT, ICT, IT support, or other relevant education.
- has a good grasp of the English language (full working proficiency), as the main language spoken in the department and company is English;
- has the basic IT skillset, and is motivated to take themselves a step further;
- works well in a team;
- is customer and service oriented;
- can work in an accurate and structured way.

Any experience or ideas you take with you from your studies, are more than welcome. In turn, we will do our very best to support you, and add to your theoretical some practical knowledge.
