**Maple Group, gevestigd in het bruisende hart van de Rotterdamse haven, zoekt een Operations Manager voor haar Logistics activiteiten, bekend onder de merknaam van Qargo Packers. Als toonaangevend Project Freight Station, zetten wij onze kennis in voor het organiseren van (container)transport, laden of lossen, lashen of strippen van bijzondere industriële goederen voor Export of Import. Tevens hebben we binnen de Maple Group complementaire verpakkingsdiensten en kan de lading op onze locatie opgeslagen worden of een warmtebehandeling krijgen voor export naar Oceanië. En jij kunt in al deze activiteiten een cruciale management rol spelen**

**WAT GA JE DOEN?**:
De Operations Manager heeft als primaire taak om de afdeling Maple Logistics aan te sturen en te zorgen voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de dagelijkse gang van zaken, operationele en commerciële doelstellingen te behalen en te zorgen voor tevreden klanten en medewerkers. Het Logistics Operations team zorgt ervoor dat klanten adequaat bediend worden, orders goed afgehandeld worden en dat Buitendienst medewerkers de juiste werkinstructies ontvangen en uitvoeren. Hierbij stuurt de Operations Manager het Operations team Binnendienst en de Teamleiders (Logistiek en Containers) in de Buitendienst aan.
Gezamenlijk stuurt het team ca. 15 logistieke en container medewerkers aan die op eigen locatie het werk uitvoeren en waarmee werkoverleggen/toolboxen worden geleid. De Operations Manager Logistics werkt nauw samen met het Maple Group Sales en Business Development team en maakt onderdeel uit van het Maple Group MT en rapporteert aan de Directie.**WAT BIEDEN WIJ?**:

- Ruime ervaring met operationeel management binnen de logistieke sector (bij voorkeur in bijzondere lading)
- Een vlotte beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (en beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré)
- Ervaring met logistieke management ICT-systemen
- Ruimtelijk en technisch inzicht
- Analytisch vermogen
- Accuraat en zorgvuldigheid in het invoerwerk
- Minimaal werk
- en denkniveau MBO 4
