We are currently seeking a flexible, kind, and highly organised Office & Admissions Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth operation of our school, with a particular focus on admissions and administrative management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Administrative Support:_**
- Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, school events, and parent communication.
- Prepare and disseminate school newsletters, announcements, and other communications (e.g., website updates and social media posts).
**_ Admissions Management:_**
- Oversee the admissions process for new students, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all applicants and enrolled students.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective families regarding admissions, school programs, and enrollment requirements.
**_ Record-Keeping & Reporting:_**
- Maintain up-to-date student records, including personal information, academic progress, and attendance.
- Assist in preparing reports related to admissions, student data, and overall school administration.
**_Collaboration:_**
- Work closely with teachers, school leadership, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to admissions and school management.
- Liaise with external organisations as needed (e.g., local educational authorities, other schools).
***Key Requirements**:
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch and additional languages is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
