**What You Will Do**
Key responsibility of this role is to develop and advance our quality strategies and competitiveness of our quality offering to the market.
- Partner with the EU business team and the manufacturing site in Rozenburg to develop and drive key strategies and continuous improvement projects that reduce quality risk, improve product quality, and support our key business priorities. Support the operations team in reducing variability in our manufacturing processes and driving an on-aim mindset.
- Lead regional quality business team and collaborate with global quality teams to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing across our global business.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems across the integrated business, including ownership of ISO and automotive certification processes.
- Raw material and supplier oversight (including periodic travel to supplier sites).
- Contribute to the customer interface through effective facilitation of audits and follow up actions.
- Work with the integrated business to ensure quality incidents and near-misses are transparently reported, investigated leaned from.
- Provide technical guidance to production teams to build capability and knowledge on quality risks and controls.
- Implement FMEA approach to assess risk, drive improvements, and proactively reduce quality risk.
- Work with the EU commercial team to understand unmet customer needs and translate those into improvement initiatives at our site.
- Work with the site leadership team to advance the site vision, site culture and key strategies. Support out of hours operations (on-call / EMCO).
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
- 5 or more years manufacturing / quality management experience
