**About the Role**
As the Head of Regional Densification & Expansion, EMEA at Uber Eats, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to lead the food delivery market in one of the most competitive regions. This strategic role focuses on expanding our geographical reach and strengthening our presence in underpenetrated markets to unlock long-term growth. You'll partner with cross-functional teams at both regional and global levels to design and execute initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes.

**What You Will Do**
- **Develop Strategic Roadmaps**: Craft and align detailed strategies for market densification and geographic expansion in collaboration with EMEA and global teams.
- **Oversee Market Expansion**: Lead operational strategies for launching new cities and growing in key markets, ensuring seamless execution across functional teams.
- **Drive Stakeholder Collaboration**: Foster alignment and secure buy-in from diverse internal teams, operating effectively without direct authority.
- **Monitor Performance Metrics**: Analyse key indicators of success for market expansion and adjust strategies to optimise impact.
- **Streamline Operations**: Establish scalable and efficient processes for market densification and new city launches, ensuring repeatable success.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or programme management within tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data for decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of executing complex programmes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in programme management or market expansion in a global organisation.
- Experience in designing scalable operations across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape and its cultural and operational nuances.
- A passion for Uber's mission and a collaborative mindset to align diverse teams.
