Job Title: Community Intern (P/T 20-24 hours per week)

As the Community Intern at Datamaran, you will work closely with the Community Manager on a variety of projects as we develop the global community engagement strategy. This internship can be structured flexibly, to work for the incoming intern but will require 20-24 hours per week employment, lasting for up to 6 months.

You are an enthusiastic, creative, organised and trusted individual, who will join our Marketing team based in the London and Leeuwarden offices, and work with team members in Barcelona and the US.

Community has been an integral part to Datamaran’s success over the past 10 years, and remains a strong element within Datamaran’s go-to-market strategy. The corporate sustainability ecosystem’s foundations have been built on community, and Datamaran’s legacy ensures we have a strong position within this space with our abundance of connections with globally recognised ESG experts.

As we develop our community strategy further, you will be supporting the growing management of several on-going projects, with a big part of the role supporting the development of the Datamaran Academy; workshops, thought leadership and events that are focused on peer-to-peer learning for our client community who have access to the Academy product as part of their subscription package.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Community Manager in running the end-to-end organisation of virtual, and in-person events
- Attend meetings with our clients, take notes and ensure follow ups are done on both sides
- Producing reports for the Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams that track community engagement metrics (e.g. webinar/workshop attendance)
- Collaborating with the Sales team on community activities that will assist in lead generation and brand recognition
- Maintain the community members’ information on Salesforce
- Research; work alongside the Community Manager to track global ESG trends to then in turn assist in the production of thought leadership with our internal ESG experts
- Creating community marketing assets and campaigns; using Canva to create infographics, editing videos, and social media posts (LinkedIn and Instagram)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle data, and attention to detail
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- A creative and supportive team player, who can bring fresh ideas and has a “can do” attitude
