Founded in 2015, SHAOKE Logistics is dedicated to enabling the full potential of global businesses via the power of logistics. The company offers a series of service products and solutions focusing on Europe: customs, freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, fulfillment, and contract logistics.

**Main responsibilities and duties include**:

- Liaise with key stakeholders (customers, partners, customs brokers, and the operations team) to ensure the smooth running of logistics operations.
- Gather, identify, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system or other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping and receiving records, shipment statuses, and other relevant information.
- Responsible for customs clearance and facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders involved in the customs clearance process.
- Monitor shipment flow, track, and provide updates on the progress of inbound shipments to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including operations, IT, and customer service, to resolve any documentation or import-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in logistics operations and assist the logistics team in creating workflows and implementing improvements.
- Provide additional support to the office as needed, including handling paperwork and groceries.

**What we ask**:

- Ability to think critically, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams.
- Proficient in using a PC and MS Office Suite software.
- Experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain management is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
