**General Operation & Expansion Manager**

Job description:

- To realize detailed market study of agglomeration (economy, population, commercial area, etc.).
- Establish and maintain service & efficient relationships with employees and customers.
- Maintain order management with wholesalers, purchase points, etc.
- Organization, development and arrangement of in-store activities and promotion (POS) materials, new products (manage portfolio) for selected stores, and understand the products favored by customers in the market.
- Responsible for achievement of sales targets and ensure high quality service and products are delivered.
- Develop regional new stores and increase store turnover according to the company's strategic development and values.
- Manage the company’s operational, finance, project & plans, design departments and processes, and other initiatives for smooth operation and opening in a safe environment.

Profile / Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in business, economics, municipal planning/market analysis is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in hypermarket development or store operation(s) management.
- Demonstrable years of experience in managing others.
- Have experience in commercial real estate appraisal and market analysis capabilities.
- Have certain experience and background in purchasing and cost control.
- Excellent analytical skill, problem-solving skill, presentation skill, negotiation and inter-personal skill.
- Independent thinking, excellent business sense, strong execution ability and attention to details.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and result-driven, team-work spirit yet able to work independently.
- Independent, dynamic, enjoys challenges
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good command of MS Office
- Those who have experience and engaged in development, operation and (asset) management and/or hospitality are preferred.
