- HealthcareAs the Team Lead for Search at Nedap, you are responsible for the performance of the Search team within Nedap Healthcare. You lead a team that defines the search experience for thousands of users of the Ons Suite. You are accountable for the availability and continuous deployment of improvements. To achieve this, you coordinate with stakeholders both within and outside of Nedap.

You will work with your own team on functionalities, including backend, frontend, and UX design, and coordinate with other teams within Nedap Healthcare. You will also gather feedback and requirements from customers.

Your Responsibilities Include:

- Establishing and leading the Search team. Ensuring an inspiring and motivating work environment.
- Developing and implementing enhancements to the search technology within the Ons Suite.
- Collaborating with other Tribes, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to enhance the user experience.

Your team

You will be working in the Generics Tribe, but initially, you will be trained within the Data Products team, the team that has set up the search system. You will have influence over the composition of the new Omnisearch team.

With your experience in leading a team in a similar context, you create a pleasant working environment and a productive team. You excel at coordinating with various stakeholders and distilling clear plans from these interactions. You always keep the end-user perspective in mind. Additionally, your technical expertise allows you to contribute directly to the implementation.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Experience in building, testing, and deploying complex software systems;
- Affinity with and/or experience in search technology;
- Preferably experienced with technologies such as: Python, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Git, Docker, Nomad, Vue.
