Perhaps you are a data scientist with a passion for academic research. Or you have a broader technical background and like to deep dive into technical problems. You have deep expertise in a technical field, dare to tackle the nitty gritty mathematical issues, and can put the Science in Data Science where needed. You also recognize when a more pragmatic approach is required, and always try to understand the bigger picture. From your expertise you can distill clear recommendations to technical as well as non-technical colleagues. You care deeply about continuous learning, not just by doing it yourself but also by mentoring those around you.
- We approach machine learning solutions as full-stack software development projects and use technologies such as Python, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras and Databricks.
- Bringing solutions to production is key, so scalable deployment, model interfacing and model monitoring are important aspects that you will come across.
- If you join us, you will work on complex challenges for large organizations. At the same time, you are part of a small, informal team with peers that know each other really well, share knowledge and inspire each other.

**Technical expertise**:
You match if you have experience with some, or all of the items listed below:

- An academic background in math, or other hard sciences.
- You like to write code and are good at it
- Affinity with research in Data topics
- Translating business needs to your research is your approach
- Some experience in business/ SME or corporate industry
