**Job description**:
Are you prepared to step into an important role where your proficiency in sales administration will shine? At HQ Precision Cleaning we're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to become a part of our dynamic team As the primary point of contact for our esteemed customers, you'll play a fundamental role in ensuring their satisfaction and propelling our sales success.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll hold a critical position within our Sales department, reporting directly to the Team Leader Sales. While you won't oversee direct reports, you'll be entrusted with efficiently and effectively managing sales administration tasks. Your key responsibilities will encompass processing incoming orders, addressing customer inquiries, and meticulously maintaining customer accounts. Furthermore, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound phone calls and will be tasked with promptly resolving customer issues.

Your responsabilities as an inside sales employee includes:

- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer contact information.
- Handle incoming purchase orders and maintain internal mailboxes.
- Collect data for key performance indicators (KPIs) to support sales efforts

**Your team**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Sales team, working closely with the Team Leader Sales and other team members. While you'll have autonomy in your role, you'll also benefit from a supportive and collaborative team environment where your contributions will be valued and appreciated.

HQ Precision Cleaning has more than 10 years of knowledge and experience in the field of high-quality cleaning. We are one of the leading companies in the cleaning of high-tech parts. We clean and test to all applicable ASML requirements (GSAs) and similar specifications from other industries and companies. We do this for our customers in the following market segments: Semiconductor industry, Electronic industry, Aerospace and Mechanical engineering.

Thanks to our small team and the closeness of the office and cleanroom we can keep short communication lines. With our multicultural and internationally composed team, we celebrate personal moments and joined successes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Associate degree (MBO+) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Affinity with technical processes.
- Ability to maintain overview and work in a structured manner.
