**Quantitative Analyst (Spanish speaking)**

**Would you like to contribute to sustainable market transformation? Would it excite you to drive forward these projects?**
- Help drive sustainable investments into circularity by assisting in developing a new circular analytical tool to standardize how financial institutions assess the maturity of investees' circularity.
- Work on a feasibility study for a multi-national food and ingredients company to understand the potential of novel production methods in previously inarable production areas.
- Assist in supporting a large NGO develop its ten-year strategy by quantifying the potential environmental and social impact of various strategy options to determine where they can make most impact.
- Help develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for a philanthropic organization to understand their impact of providing hearing aids in developing countries.

**About the position**

You will join a young, diverse, and highly motivated team that is looking to grow. In your role as an Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

- Conduct research and analyses (wide range of sectors, from Infrastructure to Circularity and Agriculture).
- Develop extensive quantitative (financial) analyses to form the basis of project deliverables. You will be expected to use Excel and other analytical and research tools to conduct quality analyses.
- Prepare project reports and deliver portions of client presentations.
- Strengthening the internal organization by contributing to internal projects.

**Qualifications**

- Compulsory
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- An affinity for numbers and analytical prowess
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Business acumen
- Can-do attitude and go-getter
- Able to work on many different things at the same time and deliver on short deadlines
- You believe in the power of markets and collaboration
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid skills in PowerPoint. You will be expected to develop visually appealing and logical reports and proposals in PowerPoint from day 1.
- VISA to work in the Netherlands
- Preferred
- Affinity and/or experience working in sustainability
- Understanding of statistics and statistical programs a big plus

**What you'll receive from us**

- A base salary in the range of €2.687,50 to €3.225. The salary will be based upon experience.
- Annual bonus depending on company and individual performance (can range from one to two months).
- An 8% holiday allowance.
- 25 holidays per year.
- Training budget of €1,500;
