- _**_ _**You will monitor SG Benelux’ legal and compliance standards and ensure the development and maintenance of our standard legal & compliance framework, including related internal procedures and workflows.

**_ _**_The main role:_**
- You will assist in the process of drafting, negotiating and advising on issues related to commercial contracts.
- Assess standard agreements of (potential) customers, partners and suppliers on their (legal) risks and manageability.
- Act as a central point of contact for all legal questions, contracts and compliance issues.
- You have regular contact with various stakeholders within the companies, both from the office in Breda and at the companies' premises. For example, one day you might receive questions about a response to a letter received at a company, the next day you might be working on a complex agreement or providing compliance training to the sales team of one of our Saint-Gobain companies.

- You enjoy working as part of a team but can also work well in a concentrated manner on a complex contract.
- English is the main language within the companies, but if you speak French, that is considered an advantage.

This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.
**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**
- You hold a master’s degree in the Law of a European country, and you are enthusiastic about commercial law & contracting, compliance and/or data protection.
- You can work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- You are accurate, structured and detail oriented.
- You are easy to reach out and have excellent communication skills.
- You are familiar with the dynamics of a commercial organization operating in an international environment.
- You have some experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts, GDPR matters and/or compliance topics.
