Jij speelt als Business Designer de sleutelrol in het **transformeren van de gezondheidszorg** in Nederland. Jij bent de creatieveling die bruggen bouwt tussen visie en realiteit. Samen met een** gedreven team** van professionals werk je aan het **bedenken **en **ontwikkelen** van** nieuwe zorgpaden** die het verschil maken. Jij vertaalt ideeën naar **concrete zorgconcepten** en schaalbare oplossingen. Zit jouw hoofd vol goede ideeën? **Jouw functie**:
Als Business Designer ben jij de katalysator voor vernieuwing in de gezondheidszorg. Samen met de Business Developers werk je aan het vormgeven van ideeën en het uitwerken van nieuwe praktische zorgconcepten. Je gaat de uitdaging aan om complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in gestroomlijnde, bruikbare oplossingen.

Jouw werk als Business Developer bestaat uit:

- (In samenwerking met de Business Developers) ideeën vertalen naar concrete zorgconcepten en schaalbare oplossingen in lijn met de Ksyos-strategie;
- Wensen en behoeften van zorgverleners en patiënten in kaart brengen en vertalen naar concrete functionaliteiten;
- Het benaderen van zorgverleners en andere relaties voor deelname aan pilots om nieuwe zorgconcepten te toetsen;
- Het toetsen van nieuwe zorgconcepten in de praktijk middels pilots;
- Het zoveel mogelijk opschalen van succesvolle pilots middels traditionele sales
- en marketingtechnieken;
- Het leveren van inhoudelijke input t.b.v. (subsidie)aanvragen voor financiering van pilots;
- Stakeholdermanagement in
- en extern;
- Actief ophalen van informatie uit de markt en het identificeren van kansen voor verbetering.

**Ksyos & jouw team**:

Met nieuwe technologie en slimme oplossingen veranderen we met zo'n 150 collega's de manier waarop zorgverleners samenwerken, diagnoses stellen en behandelingen bieden aan patiënten, waar ze zich ook bevinden.

Jij werkt nauw samen met jouw team: een tweetal Business Developers en jullie Teamlead. Daarnaast heb jij wekelijks contact met Productspecialisten (collega’s) en Medisch specialisten (partners), en sta je regelmatig jouw ontwerpen te presenteren aan de directie.

Met jouw innovatieve geest en ondernemende instelling, identificeer je business kansen en implementeer je oplossingen die het verschil maken. Jij hebt een passie voor de gezondheidszorg en een sterke drive om impact te maken.

Jij hebt als Business Designer bij Ksyos:

- Creativiteit en de vaardigheid om abstracte concepten om te zetten in concrete ontwerpen;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te schakelen met verschillende stakeholders;
- Goede presentatievaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en een commercieel inzicht;
- Een analytische geest en het vermogen om complexe problemen te ontrafelen;
- Affiniteit met nieuwe ontwikkelingen en technologieën in de gezondheidszorg.

Jij krijgt voor jouw inzet als Business Developer bij Ksyos*:

- Een goed** salaris vanaf € 4.500;
- **bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring;
- Een tijdelijk contract van **7 maanden** tijdens het verlof van onze collega;
- De mogelijkheid om **fulltime (40) **of** parttime (32/ 36 uur)** te werken;
- Een **laptop** (Windows of Apple) en een **telefoon** (iPhone);
