De Netraco group is op zoek naar een Production Coördinator om ons team te komen versterken.

Full-time / Part-time - Amsterdam

**Over de rol**:
Als Production Coördinator bij de Netraco Group ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt voor onze verschillende afdelingen, waaronder private label en de labels Ibana en DNA Amsterdam.

Met jouw ervaring begrijp je de dynamiek en uitdagingen die de modeproductie met zich meebrengt als geen ander. Dit in combinatie met jouw gestructureerde werkwijze zorgt ervoor dat de planning van de ontwikkelingsfase tot uitlevering wordt nageleefd en alles in harmonie verloopt.
- Jouw flexibiliteit, creativiteit en ambitie sturen het productieproces in de juiste richting. Jij bent stressbestendig en blijft altijd kalm onder druk - een echte teamspeler die het verschil maakt

**Wat ga je bij doen ?**:
- Coördineren van het productieproces- Begeleiden van het volledige sample
- en productieproces- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor fabrikanten- Onderhandelen over prijzen en leveringsvoorwaarden met leveranciers- Samples beoordelen en verbeteren voor productie- Levertijden en deadlines bewaken voor zowel het sampleproces als bulkproductie- Organiseren en opvolgen van fitting
- en drop-style meetings- Sourcing van nieuwe productontwikkelingen en fabrikanten

**Wat breng je mee?**:
- Energiek, oplossingsgericht en altijd op zoek naar verbetering- Je hebt modegevoel voor de collecties van Ibana en DNA Amsterdam- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in productie en productontwikkeling binnen de mode-industrie- Sterke productkennis van verschillende productgroepen, inclusief ervaring als fit technician, kennis van maatvoering, worksheets, kwaliteiten en pasvorm (patroonkennis)- HBO werk
- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een afgeronde textielopleiding- Uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden- Een netwerk van producenten is een pré- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift- In bezit van rijbewijs B
