Warehouse Manager

Tozer Seeds Netherlands BV is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations ensuring our processes run smoothly and are developed for the future. **What are you going to do?**
- Organize daily operations with your colleagues and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
- Receiving of new stock, quality checks and sampling.
- Managing storage and location of all stock.
- Arrange possible grading, enhancement and treatment of seed (in-/external).
- Process orders, including stock transfers to Tozer sites and seed processors.
- Arranging purchase and maintenance of equipment, materials and services.
- Review warehouse processes to improve cost, efficiency and safety.

**What are we looking for?**
- Leadership ability and experience as supervisor/manager with an eye for detail.
- A background in supply chain and warehouse is required.
- Seed industry experience advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- System skills, ERP systems (SAP), WMS, MS Office.

Good cross-departmental communication skills in Dutch and English.

Tozer Seeds Netherlands BV is one of the 4 locations of the Tozer Seeds Group. Since 2021 we are located in Andijk with a small team of 7 dedicated employees and expanding rapidly. The location in Andijk is the main logístical hub for the whole group, taking care of the receiving and intercompany distribution of produced and purchased seeds. We also take care of the sales to all countries which are not covered by the other Tozer locations.
