As a Facility Intern, you’ll be responsible for **the design and implementation of a call registration tool to support both operations and facility department in the planning and execution of facility requests.**

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Design a call registration tool**
- ** Implement this tool for the DC users**
- **Define service level KPI's for facility calls**

**Your qualifications**:

- ** You are a student in Facility Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields**
- ** You are fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage**
- ** You like tools & systems**
- ** You present a practical and pragmatic approach**
- ** You have a service mindset and are a proactive person**
- ** You have an open communication style and a hands-on mentality**
