**Job Details**:
In addition to regular operational tasks of warehouse employee levels 1 and 2, connecting and adjusting the team to follow the applicable procedures and work instructions. Striving for optimal performance to unburden the customer.
- Ensuring the availability of people, resources, systems, etc.
- Indirect management of logistics employees
- Check whether employees are carrying out work in accordance with work instructions.
- Identifying deviations in the process and deploying the right intervention. Escalate where required.
- Checking that cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with agreements.
- Motivating employees
- Collecting customer orders according to work instructions
- Receiving and processing goods according to work instructions.
- Performing 5S and cleaning activities


**Requirements**:

- Work accurately and carefully. With an eye for detail, aimed at preventing (sloppy) mistakes and concentration to the exclusion of factors that would distract attention.
- Be able to adhere with care and attention to the rules and regulations regarding order and cleanliness and safety.
- Effectively set goals and priorities and identify the time, actions and resources required to achieve certain goals.
- Continuing to perform effectively under time pressure, in the face of setbacks, disappointment or counterplay.
- The willingness and ability to work with others towards a common goal.
- Being able to tackle the tasks, showing commitment and goodwill to achieve set goals, looking for (better) alternatives.
- MBO
- Knowledge of production process
- Knowledge of and dexterity with MS Office package
