**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, regularly conduct inventory checks and inventory reports, ensure the receiving, storage, sorting, packaging, and shipment of goods;
- Coordinate and handle logistics needs and issues of customers and suppliers;
- Lead the warehouse team, train and guide warehouse staff to improve the overall team performance;
- Develop and implement warehouse performance indicators to ensure the achievement of warehouse operational goals;
- Optimize warehouse processes to ensure operational safety, inventory accuracy, and warehouse cleanliness.
**Job Requirements**
- Relevant experience in logistics and warehouse management, ability to use warehouse management software and systems;
- Experience in inbound and outbound operations, understanding of warehouse operations and procedures;
- Good team organization and communication skills;
- Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Chinese, Dutch, or other European languages is a plus.
