The Job Scope

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Manage container freight from different origins;
- Obtain and analyse relevant market information;
- Participate in tenders and strive for profits.

Education, Experience and Skills
- 4 to 10 years of experience in the commodities market, preferably in sugar;
- Strong understanding of commodities markets and hedging structures;
- Degree in economics, finance, business, or agriculture;
- Fluent in English and French is an advantage;
- Proficient in risk management and market analysis;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with ITAS is preferred but not necessary;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated interest in diverse cultures.
