Dayrize is bringing product life cycle assessment transparency to the mass consumer market, making it accessible for brands of all sizes to understand and validate their sustainability claims.

Dayrize's purpose is to bring consumption within planetary boundaries by helping businesses and consumers reduce their impact. We have developed the most advanced impact measurement technology which provides impact transparency for consumer products across 5 dimensions of sustainability.

We have already partnered with over 500 brands and scored thousands of products... and we are just getting started. We have ambitious plans to bring impact transparency to every consumer product in the world.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Sales & Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team. These internships offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, supporting our go-to-market activities. The intern will assist with data capture, CRM management, market research, sales presentation preparation, and other GTM activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Data Capture and Management:

- Collect and organize data from various sources to support sales activities.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records.

2) Market Research:

- Conduct research on potential target companies and markets.
- Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

3) Sales Support:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Interface with customers to help drive sales opportunities

4) Administrative Tasks:

- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales.

Learning Opportunities:
In return, the intern will be taught essential sales methodologies, including:

- Challenger Sales: Learn how to teach, tailor, and take control of sales conversations.
- Command of the Message: Understand how to clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- MEDDPICC: Gain knowledge of a robust qualification framework to manage complex sales processes.

ABOUT YOU:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Based in the Netherlands (preferably) or willing to move to the Netherlands shortly and available to join us quickly.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google productivity suite and O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus and particularly HubSpot is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid/remote team.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
