**Over de rol**
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van groeistrategieën voor zowel ons merk Novelist als ons merk Amdax. Je werkt met de AARRR-funnel, identificeert kansen en uitdagingen in de customer journey, en experimenteert met verschillende waardeproposities om de juiste aansluiting te vinden met onze verschillende doelgroepen: B2B klanten en vermogende particulieren bij Amdax, en de nieuwe generatie beleggers bij Novelist.
**Wat ga je als Growth Hacker / Growth Marketeer doen?**
- Het bouwen van een duurzame, schaalbare & herhaalbare growth-engine via het identificeren en optimaliseren van paid, product & organic levers die bijdragen aan AUM (Assets Under Management) groei van Amdax en Novelist.
- Uitvoeren van waardepropositie & product experimenten om richting product-market fit te werken en deze te optimaliseren. En de juiste boodschap naar de markt te brengen.
- Identificeren van knelpunten in de AARRR-funnel en experimenten bedenken om deze te verbeteren.
- Customer journeys en persona’s in kaart brengen en valideren via user research & online experimenten om onze doelgroep optimaal te begrijpen en te bereiken.
- Uitbouwen van reporting op management, marketing en product niveau en de owner zijn van alle growth marketing KPI’s.
- Bijdragen en het verbeteren van een cultuur van experimentatie, samenwerken en data-gedrevenheid in de business.

**Wilt je meer weten over Amdax?**
**Wat breng jij mee?**
- 4-6+ jaar werkervaring in growth marketing, met voorkeur in B2C/B2B SaaS, tech startups of scaleups.
- Growth mindset en een sterk gevoel van ownership. Je hebt ervaring met de startupcultuur, kan snel schakelen en omgaan met de ambiguiteit van (early) data.
- Relevante ervaring met de AARRR-funnel, growth loops en customer journey mapping.
- Ervaring met tools zoals Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Clevertap of Braze
- Je hebt ervaring met acquisitiekanalen, met een sterke focus op Meta & LinkedIn.
- Bij voorkeur afgestudeerd aan een HBO- of WO-opleiding. Growth Marketing Traineeship bij The Talent Institute is een grote plus.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands is een pré.
