Brand Studio Coordinator Internship

**Description**:
We are looking for a creative, ambitious and organized Brand Studio Coordinator Intern to join our growing Brand team. In this role, you will participate in our daily design flow and support the brand team to ensure our hotels always look their best. You will collaborate with the entire team on a range of projects, from supporting new hotel openings to helping to create new content for all of our channels.

**Main tasks**:

- Support with daily communication within Brand Studio, like managing incoming requests and questions
- Handle our day to day design and print requests
- Support on bigger content related projects
- Experience all aspects of a creative studio within an innovative and fast-growing company

**Skills & qualifications**:

- Available to start January/February 2025 for 5 or 6 months
- MBO or HBO design or communication related study
- Interest in working in a creative studio environment
- Interest in the world of print and media
- Creative and proactive personality
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Structured and organized
- The ability to multitask and easily switch between projects
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn

- Managing small projects, from request to final product
- Talking to different creative suppliers and stakeholders
- Learning more about the world of branding, print and media
- Working in and collaborating with an in house creative studio
- The daily operations of a global company
- Navigating project management tooling
- Problem solving, acquiring experience in addressing operational challenges and contributing to their resolution
- Learn more about the way we handle daily requests and advice on where improvements can be made
