As a Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective operation of our network of service providers, including contractors and suppliers. You will ensure the technical quality of the services provided, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management & Compliance: Ensure that all network suppliers are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and follow the necessary processes, such as asbestos handling and risk assessments.
- Determining the scope and drawing up (contractor) budgets for renovation/repair work.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, Gantt charts, punch lists, and purchase orders, and ensure projects stay on track and complete within budget.
- Quality Assurance & Performance: Develop and implement KPIs, conduct quality audits of contractors, and ensure contractors meet performance standards.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and clients, both digitally and in person.
- Customer Support & Communication: Supporting customers with technical or complex information so that they have a good understanding of the claims process and outcomes.
- Training & Implementation: Training contractors in business processes, software solutions (Trackpro) and due diligence procedures.
- Contractor and Claims Support: Ensure contractor compliance, participate in procurement processes, and support adjusters in claims handling, including site visits and claims assessments.
- Continuous Improvement: Make strategic recommendations to grow and improve the network, while ensuring the day-to-day availability and performance of the services.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:*
- A bachelor's degree in architecture / a related field or comparable level of work and thinking; Advanced training or professional certifications are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of non-life insurance and/or claims handling processes and coverage issues is a big plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate both internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for damage site visits, trainings and industry events.
