**Your responsibilities**:

- As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
- Working in our Swapfiets Store assisting customers that come in for collections, drop-offs and with questions;
- Providing excellent service to our customers;
- Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
- Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;
- Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;
- Work between 12 - 32 hours a week as part of a young and dynamic team of Swappers.

**Your profile**:

- In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
- Affinity with bikes and service;
- Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully;
- You live in or near the city.
