Would you like to gain experience within the facilities sector and are you looking for an internship in which you can contribute to meaningful projects?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive MBO4/HBO student or recent graduate to join our team as a facilities intern for the preparation of Multi-Year Maintenance Plans ("MYMP"). During this internship, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience within the facility services industry while gaining valuable knowledge in the fields of maintenance analysis, planning, and management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site inspections and inventory assessments to evaluate maintenance conditions across multiple buildings.
- Gather and analyze technical data from inspections to develop the MYMP.
- Contribute to enhancing facility processes and promoting sustainable building practices.
- Provide guidance to clients based on your activities and findings

**Desired profile**:

- You are pursuing or recently graduated from an MBO4/HBO degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Technical Business Administration, or similar studies.
- You are intrigued to learn more about facility management and maintenance planning and oversight
- You have in interest in data collection and analysis.
- You have good communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- You speak English and Dutch
