Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een **Shift Technician **voor onze locatie in Groningen bij ons bedrijf Amo (onderdeel Johnson&Johnson).

(Eerste lijns) verantwoordelijke voor alle storingen aan apparatuur, nutsvoorzieningen, enz. binnen alle productiegerelateerde afdelingen (inclusief technische gebieden, sterilisatie, enz.). Verrichten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het verhelpen van storingen aan procesinstallaties en -apparatuur aan de hand van ontvangen meldingen, zodanig dat productiewerkzaamheden uit het oogpunt van techniek en veiligheid kunnen worden hervat en stagnatie tot een minimum beperkt blijft.

Verrichten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan apparatuur en gereedschappen in eigen afdeling.

Inschakelen van monteurs van derden en bespreken van problemen. Controle uitoefenen op werk van derden Preventief

Supervisie op EHS Standaarden (bijv:, LOTOTO execution)

Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op basis van het systeem voor preventief onderhoud, zodanig dat de technische condities tijdig worden onderkend en preventieve acties ondernomen kunnen worden.

Verrichten van kalibratiewerkzaamheden aan apparatuur of instrumentatie op basis van het periodieke kalibratiesysteem.

Verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van SAP Tickets, met betrekking tot de status van de apparatuur, ondersteund door operators die gekwalificeerd zijn voor het genereren van SAP-tickets

Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties zodanig dat de technische condities tijdig worden onderkend en correctieve acties ondernomen kunnen wordenNon-Core Activities

Uitvoeren van modificatie
- en revisiewerkzaamheden op basis van instructies

Ondersteunen bij NC’s en CAPA’s

Ondertsteunen bij het updaten en verbeteren van relevante werkvoorschriften t.a.v. onderhoud.

**Qualifications**:
**Opleiding**:
Technisch georiënteerde opleiding op MBO-niveau (of bereid dit te halen)

**Werkervaring**:
Ruime relevante werkervaring II, III-niveaus:
Worden toegekend met betrekking tot jarenlange ervaring en taakvaardigheid.Groningen, The Netherlands
