RESPONSIBILITIES

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Leads projects for the development of new/modified products
- Assures timely project completion according to customer requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of various technologies
- Influence supervisor to support an idea/plan and considers the potential impact of the business
- Provide team support by encouraging collaboration and providing suggestions/resources to overcome obstacles May coach or serve as a lead to technicians

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirements**:

- Relevant chemistry experience, experience within the paint and/or coatings industry is preferred.
- New Product development experience,
- Project management experience,
- Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering,
- Formulation experience,
- Good command of English,
- Experience in dealing with a production plant,
- Process improvement oriented mindset
