**Introduction**

We are looking for an experience Project Lead Logistics who will lead improvement projects in a dynamic environment. As Project Lead Logistics you will lead improvement projects within the Logistics Operations and you will also contribute to cross-sector projects. You will continuously improve, secure and standardize operational logistics processes, including integration with SAP and other IT tooling.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Design of logistics processes and systems
- Implementation of logistics solutions, including supplier selection and training of employees
- Optimalisation of logistics processes by analyzing processes and initiate improvements
- Driving the structural improvement program within Operational Logistics in general

**Education and experience**:

- Bachelor or Master in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management or logistics.
- 4 - 7 years’ experience in operational logistics & engineering, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment
- Project, Program and Portfolio management knowledge and experience
- Project management certification
- Track record of leading process improvement projects
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management
- Experience with simulation or process mining is a pre
- Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems is a pre

- Coordinate groups of employees from different levels of education
- Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
- Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
- Excellent professional communication in English. Dutch is a pre
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at multiple organizational levels
- Team player and change agent, able to take both supporting and leading roles
- Strong analytic skills, presenting data as compelling information
