Security Coördinator

As a Security Coördinator, you'll manage incidents and accidents in a 24/7 environment, both during staffed and unstaffed hours, to keep our clubs safe and operational. We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, round-the-clock setting, excels in communication, and is fluent in both English and French (Dutch is a plus).

In this role, you'll make quick, informed decisions, follow protocols, and collaborate closely with various teams to maintain high safety and service standards. Your Assignment

The Security Coördinator is responsible for decision making, stakeholder communications and follow up of incidents and accidents. To do so the Security Coördinator will be:

- Managing incidents and accidents with a group of Security Coördinators on a 24/7 work schedule;
- Working with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP);
- Collaborating with club operations for the best possible solutions of cases during staffed hours;
- Focussed on keeping clubs open with the safety and service level in mind;
- Making the decision to close a club if safety and/or service levels are below mínimal requirements (SOP) during unstaffed hours;
- Working together with the M.A.R.C. (Monitoring Alarm Receiving Center): Basic-Fit’s own control room.
- Working together with the Intercom Team: The first point of contact of members during unstaffed hours.
- Communicating relevant information about incidents and accidents to involved stakeholders following the SOP’s communication matrix.
- Technical follow up on technical issues to prevent club closures.
- Arranging emergency replacement for absent club staff.

We ask:

- Experienced or eager to work in a 24/7 environment: This includes night
- and weekend shifts;
- Fluent in the English language is a must;
- Fluent in the French language is a must;
- Speaking Dutch is a pre;
- Strong and clear in communication;
- Focussed on following protocols and procedures;
- Able to make fast decisions based on the information at hand;
- Confident and able to handle multiple difficult situations;
- Solutions-minded and is a problem-solver;
- Tech minded; You will work with Remote Surveillance soft
- and hardware.
