As a F&B supervisor you will be responsible for our restaurant, the bar, the lounge and our room service.

In our restaurant we serve our guests breakfast, lunch and dinner. With over 260 seats in our restaurant, bar, life-cooking and our group restaurant, we offer our guests at every moment of the day a great taste of hospitality. As F&B Supervisor you take care of our guests together with your colleagues. Your focus is in the operation of the F&B, where you definitely keep an eye on your colleagues as well. You are a star in motivating and inspiring colleagues on the spot. You think about the service level at the department and know how to improve this within any seconds. Within the department there is enough space for you creativity. Problems are for you a possibility for improvement and that is why you think in solutions. As F&B Supervisor you will also take care of some administrative tasks such as schedules, planning of the restaurant and other procedures. You have an eye for detail and are familiar with HACCP. With your coach group you have regularly evaluations and coach conversations. Big parties are not a problem for you, since you have a great helicopter view where through everything runs smoothly. After your shift you have a drink with your colleagues looking back on a successful day.

As the F&B Supervisor at our restaurant, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service throughout the day. With a seating capacity of just over 300, our establishment prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality from breakfast through to dinner. Working closely with your colleagues, you oversee the smooth operation of the F&B department. Your leadership shines as you motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best performance. You maintain a keen focus on service quality, constantly seeking ways to improve the guest experience. You also like to be creative within your department and see challenges as opportunities for improvement. Your proactive approach means you're always ready with solutions to any issues that may arise. Administrative duties such as scheduling, restaurant planning, and adherence to procedures also fall within your purview. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures compliance with HACCP standards. Regular evaluations and coaching sessions with your team keep everyone aligned and continuously improving. Your management skills make you capable at handling large events, thanks to your ability to oversee operations with a holistic perspective, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

- A gross salary of € 2699,15 per month based on a 38-hour work week (the salary offered by us is 7,5% higher than the Horeca CAO scale 6);

**You should have**:

- Completed MBO level 3 diploma
- Insight into the regulations in the field of safety and hygiene
- At least two years of work experience
