Role and Responsibilities
How You Make a Difference
As a Risk Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across various departments within our organization. With your expertise in data analysis and risk assessments, you will support project management, contribute to key quarterly processes, and manage large-scale risks. You work closely with stakeholders, take firm positions, and communicate effectively in critical situations. Additionally, you provide training to raise risk awareness and support employees who have experienced incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks across different operational areas.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks.
- Prepare and circulate regular risk reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide support for the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) process.
- Gather documentation and assist with internal audits, financial monthly checks, or regulatory inspections.
- Deliver training on general processes and offer targeted support for employees who have experienced incidents.
Your Team
You will work within a dynamic environment where collaboration and critical thinking are key. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including HR, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless processes and effective risk management. As a Risk Officer, you will play a central role in safeguarding processes and promoting a risk-aware culture across all levels of the organization.

- We Also Request:_
- A completed HBO or University degree, preferably in an economic/finance field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, or similar experience gained during your studies.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Availability for a full-time (40 hours per week) role.
- Basics in Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
