**Wat ga je doen?** Als **Logistiek Teamleider** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proces van inkomende goederen. Jij zorgt dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt en werkt nauw samen met je team van 10 tot 15 logistieke medewerkers. Naast het leidinggeven werk je ook actief mee op de vloer. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel in de communicatie met kantoor en klanten.

**Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit**:

- Het aansturen van jouw team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
- Zelf actief meewerken bij de verwerking van inkomende goederen;
- Het bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van het proces via ons gebruiksvriendelijke orderpicksysteem;

**Wie ben jij?**

Jij bent iemand die zich helemaal thuis voelt in de logistiek en klaar is voor een uitdaging waarbij leidinggeven centraal staat. Hoewel ervaring met leidinggeven een pré is, ben je vooral gemotiveerd om deze capaciteit verder te ontwikkelen. Je hebt mínimaal twee jaar ervaring als magazijnmedewerker of een vergelijkbare functie en weet hoe het er in een logistieke omgeving aan toegaat.

**Inwerktraject**: Je wordt ingewerkt door de Assistant Shiftleader, die jou alle kneepjes van het vak leert en je begeleidt tijdens je eerste weken.

**Wat zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden voor een Logistiek Teamleider**
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de **€2.500 en €3.000** afhankelijk van je ervaring;
- Reiskostenvergoeding van **€0,23 per km**:

- Een **jaarcontract** met een proefperiode van één maand;
- **Dagdienst** van 08:00 tot 17:00 met flexibiliteit wanneer nodig;
- **Dagelijks gratis lunch** op de vestiging;
- Een informele en gezellige werksfeer in een groeiend bedrijf;
**Wat vragen wij?**
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een logistieke functie (ervaring als teamleider is een pré, maar niet vereist);
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en je kunt Engels begrijpen;
- Affiniteit met computers, je werkt namelijk ook met eenvoudige logistieke systemen;
- Fulltime beschikbaarheid (40 uur per week);
- Een teamplayer mentaliteit met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
