**Vacatureomschrijving** Wat ga je doen?**

We zijn op zoek naar een Sales Associate voor 30 uur per week op basis van een contract voor bepaalde tijd. Je bent in staat om de behoeften van de klant te begrijpen en de beste opties voor elke klant aan te bevelen. Daarbij is een optimale stille service belangrijk, dus je bent in staat om te multitasken.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, moet je alle verantwoordelijkheden goed aankunnen:

- Je bent 90% van de tijd in het veld. Je bent een ambassadeur voor het merk en streeft naar een optimale service en contact met de klant.
- Je weet het beste advies, de beste klantenservice, de beste stille service en goede productkennis te combineren zodat elke klant met een glimlach onze winkel verlaat.
- Je bent in staat om snel oplossingen te vinden voor bezwaren van klanten.
- Je helpt de activa van het bedrijf te beschermen (verliespreventie).
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn schoon en goed georganiseerd is.
- Je gaat met vertrouwen om met contant geld.
- Je bent betrokken bij de herbevoorrading en de prijszetting.
- Je neemt deel aan personeelstrainingen en winkelevenementen.

**Functie-eisen**
- Enthousiasme voor outdoor sports
- Multi tasking
- Ervaring in de klantenservice. Deze bijbehorende vaardigheden beheers jij *uitstekend*.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Je houdt van interactie met de klanten.
- Je spreekt de Nederlandse & Engelse taal. Duits is mooi meegenomen
- Je hebt een echte aanpakkers-mentaliteit en sterke drive om te leren.
- Je hebt passie voor het merk en zijn kernsporten.
- Goede computervaardigheden.
- Je bent nauwkeurigheid en hebt oog voor detail. Retail is detail
- De bereidheid om in een flexibel schema te werken ( weekelinks wisselend zaterdag of zondag)
