**About the function**:
As a versatile worker in the greenhouse, you play a key role in the cultivation, care, and preparation of plants for sale, including planting, tending, and packaging. This requires precision, responsibility, and flexibility, especially during periods of intense production, such as sales campaigns.

Main tasks:

- Sowing and propagating cold and warm-loving vegetables
- Maintaining greenhouse conditions, such as temperature and humidity
- Packaging herbs in pots and boxes
- Transporting packaged plants to other departments

The work is one shift, Monday through Friday, from 04:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Depending on the season and product availability, it may be possible to work overtime during the week and on Saturdays.

**What we need**:

- Experience working in a greenhouse
- Basic knowledge of German or English
- Willingness to perform various tasks related to plant cultivation
- High motivation to work and good physical endurance
- Willingness to work full-time

**What we offer**:

- €13.68 gross per hour
- 135% supplement after 38 hours worked per week
- 150% supplement for work from Monday to Friday between 19:00 and 06:00
- 135% supplement for work on Saturday between 06:00 and 14:00
- 150% supplement for work on Saturday between 14:00 and 06:00
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km
- 8.33% holiday allowance
