NH Amsterdam Leidseplein ligt aan de zuidzijde van de binnenstad, direct aan het Leidseplein. Trams van meerdere kanten kruisen het plein en stoppen bijna voor de deur. Zowel het museumplein als de winkelstraten Leidsestraat en de PC Hooftstraat liggen op steenworp afstand. Ook de stadsschouwburg, het vondelpark en de gezelligste cafés en restaurants vind je in de buurt. Dit is fijn voor onze gasten maar natuurlijk ook voor ons. Want na een drukke dienst met bezette vergaderzalen, een groepslunch en veel check-ins is een sluitdrankje op het levendige Leidseplein met collega's toch gezellig? De vriendelijke sfeer die er heerst tussen het jonge receptieteam en de vertrouwde gezichten van collega's in het restaurant, maakt dit de fijnste werkplek.

- Jij bent een ‘Natural Host’. Ervaring en een relevante opleiding zijn handig, maar voor ons niet het belangrijkst;
- Je werkt graag in de nacht en je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- De ene week werk je 3 dagen per week en de andere week 2 nachten per week;
- Je hebt interesse in computers en haalt plezier uit het leren van nieuwe systemen.

**Een nacht uit het leven van een Nacht Receptionist**
**22:45** Je bent omgekleed en met een kopje koffie gearriveerd in de backoffice. Je collega van de avonddienst verzorgt de overdracht. Jij noteert de actiepunten
**23:00** Jij begint aan je checklijst en staat met je mooiste glimlach klaar achter de balie om de laatste gasten van vandaag in te checken
**24:00** Je loopt de eerste ronde door het hotel
**00:30** Tussen de telefoontjes door, pak jij de binnenkomende mails op en werk je je door de het eerste deel van de checklijst heen.
**02:30** De overige Food & Beverage outlets zijn allemaal gesloten en je begint met de voorbereidingen voor de afsluiting van de dag
**03:30** Na de End of Day afsluiting neem je even een moment om rustig te eten en loop je nog een ronde door het hotel om te zien of alles veilig en rustig is
**05:00** Er komen nog wat gasten thuis na een avondje stappen, vriendelijk doch dwingend verzoek je de gasten om niet teveel lawaai te maken boven op de gangen
**06:00** Je zorgt dat de overdracht ge-update wordt voor de vroege dienst en begint met het tellen van de kassa en afronden van je dienst
**06:45** De vroege dienst is binnengekomen en jij kan beginnen met de overdracht
**07:00** Lekker naar huis
