WAGYU KANATA is opening a new premium location in the city center of Amsterdam, near the Rijksmuseum and you might be the new Wagyu Samurai we're looking for

We're looking for new kitchen staff that can be part of our young and international team. Our new restaurant will have an open kitchen, where you can show off your knife skills to our guests, or if you are more of a behind the scenes type of person, you can work in the back kitchen, or at our location in Buitenveldert.

Your tasks as a kitchen staff will largely depend on your talent, experience and motivation, but may include:

- Butchering the best beef in the world (we import and work with whole Wagyu from Japan)
- (Learn to) Cook and plate Wagyu
- General kitchen tasks (mise en place, cleaning your work area, cooking etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Humility, respect and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of HACPP
- Basic cooking skills
- Able to communicate in English or Japanese

Who we are:
WAGYU KANATA is a Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant specialized in Wagyu from Japan. We offer an unique interactive dining experience where guests will enjoy some of the finest cuts of Wagyu, grilled right in front of them, in the built-in grills in each table. We thrive to give our customers, the most authentic Wagyu and Yakiniku experience in Europe.
