**The Role**

As the **Head of Operations**, you will focus on our daily operations, while preparing Absolute Motors for (inter)national growth and will be responsible for different clients and team with all work processes involved. You will oversee our people, quality and processes and know how to make complex matters simple. You will set up new tooling if required, manage our workflows and create our operations guideline for the future. Your role also includes setting up efficient communication lines across our clients and internally - so good news travels fast and bad news even faster. In order to make the right decisions, you understand our business, our clients and the automotive market. You ensure that your colleagues can excel in their work by leading by example.

**You as Head of Operations must**:

- Have experience at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Team lead/Operations Manager), and a similar environment.
- Have a vision of what daily operations should look like in our ever-evolving modern world and prepare Absolute Motors for growth.
- Have mindset with a keen understanding of modern operations excellence.
- Have demonstrable experience in successfully managing multiple teams.
- Demonstrate success in collaborative efforts with sales tam, workshop conductors, mechanic artists, detail artists, wrapping/PPF artists and interns.
- Be a great communicator to approach opportunities and tackle problems both strategically and pragmatically.
- Have an affinity with the latest tools and technologies.
