This role is at the center of our Holding team. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. **JOB PURPOSE**
- Are you the one who loves to create next-level designs and creative concepts? Would you like to play a key role in building a powerful brand for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world as our in-house brand designer? Then we might be looking for you_
- You will work closely with our creative and design teams to bring our brand to the next level and support all marketing and commercial teams on a local level._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creative, hands-on approach to design and an eye for detail;
- Everything creative that comes your way: from award-winning cases to social media posts and asset development, internal and external marketing campaigns, to animations and showreels;
- Create powerful brand campaigns on a global scale and continuously evolve and push our visual language forward;
- Support the marketing teams across 5 continents to ensure a consistent, high-quality level of deliverables by maintaining the system, and ensuring the team provides the necessary documentation, tooling and assets to enable others to independently create high-quality, on-brand work.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 5 years of work experience as a (digital) brand designer in an international environment;
- Have advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects;
- Proficient with video and motion design tools, to turn design into visually engaging video and animation;
- Have excellent communications skills, confidence and a passion for creative culture, being able to effectively communicate your design intent and impact;
- Are broadly interested in motion design, ideally from brand identity building to Social media videos;
- Have a keen eye for detail and in order to maintain quality control of work and be an advocate for consistent and cohesive brand identity;
- Have a strong ability to prioritise work and resources across various projects.
