The position
As Global SEIKO VISION SPECIALIST program Manager you will oversee & effectively co-ordinate the delivery and management of all activities which are related to the SEIKO VISION SPECIALIST (SVS) program. Maintaining the program, implementing it as standard go-to-market in all applicable markets and driving the development for the next level of SVS customer experiences are core deliverables. A special focus is on the premium positioning of SEIKO in HVC. Premium, Precision and the core values of the SEIKO Brand needs to be maintained alongside with organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Measuring success, setting KPIs and ROI comes along while using appropriated tools, like PowerBI, MS or project management software to deliver in full, on time and within budget. The role will be working closely with Sales leaders, meeting and supporting the needs of day-to-day business.

The SEIKO VISION SPECIALIST Program
The SEIKO VISION SPECIALIST is the first and exclusive trade program which is scheduled to be launched around the world. Awarded in 2023 as best Marketing Program of the Year, SVS stands for high standard and plug&play services/tools.

Originally started in Western Europe, SVS is getting rolled out to South Africa, Hungary, Poland and others. All deliverables must have in mind a universal approach, scalable and future proved.

Developing and implementing SEIKO VISION SPECIALIST’s marketing plans, services and assets on OTIF (on time in full) is the crucial element of the role. Beyond implementation the cross-functional project work remains in core focus, including digital tooling and services, digital campaigns, market research, product development and its portfolio; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement SVS in all qualified markets
- Covering all aspects from developing, implementation, monitoring
- Inspire and lead counterparts in the countries for SVS
- Play an active role in extending the programme to other parts of the world
- Establishing a close working relation with colleagues in Global Marketing and other relevant departments.
- Onboard and educate all colleagues helping on SVS about SEIKO’s positioning and its DNA
- Strong partnership with commercial and marketeers in market
- Develop SVS branded business globally
- Support existing markets to grow their business
- Work with emerging markets to establish SEIKO SVS branded business
- Initiate, develop and drive geo-expansion (new markets) together with SEIKO’s business development team
- Develop go to market plans for new countries
- Co-ordinate and select necessary pre-launch activities.
- Align with country “fit positioning” launch approach.
- Define launch process and develop launch governance.
- Drive the implementation of SWC globally together with the SEIKO brand team and HVC’s global Marketing team
- Achieve stronger partnership with key countries
- Support preparation of SEIKO’s Annual Plan in HVC
- Help to align monthly sales report with countries (synchronize local/globa data)

Key deliverables
- Create a play-book for SEIKO VISION SPECIALIST as reference document for potential SVS-onboarding markets.
- Expand SVS program to more markets
- Submit strategic initiatives to evolve brand to premium positioning in each market
- Support preparation of SEIKO’s Annual Plan in HVC
- Ensure AP plan and its deliverables are executed with “OTIF”
- Develop a success scorecard for SVS, manage lifecycle of tools and services
