**Purchasing Officer**

Vanwege de voortdurende uitbreiding is SAMCO op zoek naar extra ondersteuning binnen de afdeling Logistiek. Dit betreft een fulltime (40 uur per week) aanstelling op Maastricht Airport, Nederland.

**Bedrijfsprofiel**

SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance, opgericht in 1988, is een onafhankelijke externe onderhoudsleverancier voor een compleet assortiment regionale jet
- en turbopropvliegtuigen.

Om het vliegtuig in de lucht, veilig en punctueel te houden, is een team van toegewijde, professionele, hoogopgeleide en gemotiveerde onderhoudstechnici nodig, die in staat zijn problemen op te lossen en mechanische, vliegtuigelektronica en energiecentralesystemen te onderhouden.

SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance heeft meer dan 200 werknemers in dienst vanuit haar basis onderhoudsfaciliteiten op Maastricht Airport en op verschillende lijnstations over de hele wereld.

**Functie profiel**:
Tijdens elk vliegtuigonderhoudsproject moet de Purchasing Officer in samenwerking met de Production Planner en Senior Engineer ondersteuning bieden bij het sourcen en bestellen van de benodigde vliegtuigcomponenten, onderdelen en materialen. Verder zal de Inkoopfunctionaris assisteren en administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het Hoofd Logistiek en/of Sales Manager.

**Taakbeschrijving/verantwoordelijkheden omvatten**:
Het verwerken van elke aanvraag (bijv. onderdelen, gereedschappen, services, enz.) van productieplanning, basisonderhoud en lijnonderhoud.

Aanmaken, verzenden en opvolgen van alle soorten bestellingen, b.v. aankoop, reparatie, retour, verkoop, etc.

Regelen en opvolgen van alle zendingen inclusief drop shipments en AOG transport.

Het maken van een leveringsprojectoverzicht voor intern en klantgebruik.

Opvolgen van klant “off” onderdelen uit projecten.

Rapporteren en administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het Hoofd Logistiek.

**Kwalificaties**:
MBO of gelijkwaardig, Aviation Management is een pré.

Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een internationale werkomgeving is een voordeel.

Goede kennis van Microsoft Office-programma's en database-omgevingen.

Goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en geschrift.

Vermogen om te werken in een dynamische omgeving met deadlines.

De sollicitant moet proactief en klantgericht zijn.

De sollicitant moet een teamspeler zijn en een nauwkeurige en gewetensvolle werkhouding hebben.

De sollicitant moet een flexibele houding hebben, bereid zijn om stand-by diensten te werken

in weekenden en avonddiensten
