This will be based on your responsibility for the broad accounting and financial control process. In other words, you and your team will ensure that processes and controls are well designed, that data and figures are accurate and reliable, and that (management) reports are timely and of high quality.

**The tasks of a Manager Finance & Control**:

- You will be a (content) coach for your team, working closely with the Business Controller and the CFO
- You will ensure that your team members in the US office also meet the standards you set. You will ensure insight and compliance
- You will ensure that there are no surprises and that you maintain an overview without getting bogged down in the details. They do this by providing structure, improvement, efficiency and control
- At the moment, there is definitely a hands-on component to this role, but you will also improve efficiency. Not only by improving processes and/or IT solutions, but also by developing your colleagues and yourself
- (Further) development of the team, striving for best practice and continuous improvement

- A good command of English
- Experience in consolidation and financial reporting
