**Developing strategy**
You are the architect of our new SHE strategy. This begins with engaging in conversations with stakeholders among the different locations, followed by a thorough analysis of our current strategy and control mechanisms. You will identify critical areas for improvement at both system and task levels. The findings will be translated into appropriate safety risk control measures, standards, protocols, control mechanisms, behavioral components, and inspection and audit programs. This will help you to develop a robust and comprehensive multi-year policy. In addition, you’ll create clear roadmaps for implementation within each division, ensuring everyone knows exactly what steps need to be taken.
