**About this role**

As Courier Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for performance and administrative matters for our ‘Scoober’ fleet. That’s our term for the couriers who report into our hubs.

In remote cities where couriers deliver food on their own bikes, you’ll ensure smooth operations and hold digital performance talks with the couriers.
If anything is stopping couriers from hitting the road, you’ll solve issues and answer their queries, ensuring they have the equipment and information needed for the job.

Strong communication is key. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, exchange information with other hubs and offices, and report to the Senior Courier Coordinator to ensure your location’s needs are met.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Conduct regular performance conversations to improve courier performance and city KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure couriers have all required equipment and information.
- Monitor attendance, address absenteeism, and take steps to improve availability.
- Engage with couriers across different locations, providing support and building relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across hubs and offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Senior Courier Coordinator.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Experience in a relevant role, such as shift leader, floor manager, or horeca background.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent English is required, Dutch is beneficial, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills to work with colleagues across different functions.
- Practical mindset with ideas to improve hub operations.
- Flexibility to work on irregular shifts, including weekends and evenings.
