**About the role**

As an intern with our Regulatory Affairs Team in Scientific Affairs, you'll conduct a global review of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies like protein
- or precision fermentation. Your tasks include collecting and categorizing data, assessing impacts on innovation and labeling, and comparing these regulations to traditional dairy rules. You'll also help with daily tasks such as packaging compliance and EVU registrations. This role offers hands-on experience in shaping regulatory strategy and supporting operational needs in a dynamic scientific environment.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- You are completing your studies in Food Law or related field
- You have knowledge on how regulations develop
- You have an understanding on the relationship between global, regional, and local regulations
