Freelance UX/UI Designer

For our Haarlem based headquarters in The Netherlands, we are looking for a:
Freelance UX/UI designer (16 - 24 hours per week until the end of the year)

**The role**:
We are seeking a talented Freelance UX/UI designer to join our team at MYLAPS Sports Technology. As a leading company in timekeeping software for various sports ranging from marathons to motorsports, as well as Race Control and the Speedhive results platform, we are looking for a creative individual who can enhance user experiences through innovative design.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-friendly interfaces for our timekeeping software and platforms;
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve design concepts;
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs;
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch;
- Understanding of UX design principles and best practices;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Immediately available until the end of this year;
- Available for 16-24 hours per week.
