Warehouse Teamleader

Established in 2019, RIF Europe B.V. is a logistics company based in Rozenburg at the Schiphol Logistics Park in the Netherlands. We offer a total solution for all our clients who ship goods into Europe. We are a young and still growing, international company. **As a Team Leader these are your key tasks and responsibilities**
- Dividing the tasks within your team, you use the forecast of the in and outbound coordinator;
- Encouraging development within your team;
- Control and coordination over the quality and quantity of the activities during the day;
- Manage your team's time schedules;
- Ensuring that planned goods are in the right place at the right time;
- Coordination of current tasks with the business office via our WMS;
- Continuously ensuring safety > observing the house rules and procedures;
- Make suggestions for improvements to meet our growing organization’s needs
- Maintain and review team members’ performance and order processing.
- The day is over when all tasks are completed and the floor is empty.

**Who are you?**
- Understanding of Transportation Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Security and Safety:

- OSHA, EH&S and MSDS regulations/compliance knowledge
- Safety programs knowledge
- Planning--Strategic and/or Tactical
- Operational execution
- System process / orientation
- Personnel Management
- Delegation and review of work
- Goal oriented/ determined to ensure task completion

**Communication**
- Written and verbal skills with peers in English and Dutch

**Leadership**
- Exhibits judgment in leading others to objectives
- Personal ownership and accountability
- Development of employees
- Constructive feedback (delivering and receiving)
- Decision Making and Problem Solving
- Able to use systematic approach in decision-making

Our work schedule is Monday till Friday, between 07:00 till 17:00. You work from 7.00-15.00 or 9.00-17.00. There is no need to work in (night) shifts or in the weekend. You should be in possession of own your transportation (no public transport is available).

Pay: From €2.400,00 per month
