**About this opportunity**

You become part of the team that is responsible for designing, embedding and the operational execution of the Sales and Operations (S&OP) process in Hardware Services. You will work closely together with the customer facing units in the Market Area, Supply Chain functions, Portfolio and Product Area Networks. Collectively building an accurate Demand Plan, optimizing supply and translating this into a single supply chain plan connected to the business goals. Herewith the team drives customer service level while keeping liabilities, inventory and costs under control. Utilize the data available across the supply chain to define, create and calculate multiple scenarios to drive enable data driven decision making within Hardware Services

**What you will do**
- Facilitate existing elements of the end-to-end S&OP process
- Initiate continuous improvements of the implemented processes
- Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy based on the defined metrics
- Calculation of different supply chain scenario’s including impact analysis
- Support on next steps in implementing the end-to-end S&OP process
- Lead and support assignments to execute on our Supply Chain Planning strategic initiative

**You will bring**
- You are passionate about supply chain and in particular S&OP and have a strong analytical profile
- Strong interpersonal skills, process improvement and collaborative skills
- Knowledge of Order/Warehouse management systems, ERP-systems (SAP) and Demand Planning systems. In-depth experience with planning system is considered is nice to have
- You are curious, analytical, and have skills to structure data and come to practical conclusions
- Good problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Degree in either Economy, Business, Supply Chain or similar
- 2 - 5 years of experience in relevant roles
- Fluent in English
