Leren betekent echter niet alleen andere functies aannemen. Als je stappen wilt ondernemen om je huidige taken beter uit te voeren bieden wij deze ook aan. We houden immers van doorgroeiers en dat ben je al zodra je iets op een andere/betere manier wilt gaan doen.

**Wie ben jij?**
Of het nu gaat om het lossen van een container tot het picken en verzendklaar maken van order(s), jij draait hier je hand niet voor om Door jouw flexibele inzet ben je op iedere taak inzetbaar en spring je bij waar nodig. Je bent zelfstandig, een ware teamplayer en je vraagt je continu af “wat kan beter?".

**Wat ga je doen?**
Als Logistiek Team Member ben jij binnen Mainfreight werkzaam binnen één van onze logistieke klantoperaties in ’s-Heerenberg. Samen met je team ben jij van maandag t/m vrijdag verantwoordelijk voor het volledige logistieke proces van A t/m Z.

Binnen ons warehouse werken wij zowel met een voicepicking systeem als handscanner. Het systeem vertelt jou in het Engels naar welke locatie je met je EPT moet rijden om de orders te picken. Het is hierin belangrijk dat je kennis hebt van de Engelse taal en nauwkeurig werkt.

**In deze rol**:

- Los je binnenkomende vracht;
- Ben je in staat om orders te picken;
- Maak je vracht verzendklaar voor komende chauffeurs
- Werk je samen met de leukste team members van 's-Heerenberg

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je hebt een uitgesproken passie voor logistiek;
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is mooi meengenomen, geen eis
- Geen 8 tot 5 mentaliteit
- Beheersing van de Engelse taal
- In bezit van een reachtruck certificaat, of bereidt om deze te behalen
- Beschikt over een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) om bij aanvang of na aanvraag te overleggen.
